It applies to Information collected by us, or provided by you, whether in one of our restaurant, over our Website (including the mobile optimized version of the website accessible from your portable hand-held device), or in any other way (such as over the telephone).   • When you are in our restaurant, we may collect the following information when you use The Eden House’s Wi-Fi service:

a) your name and contact details (date of birth), email address.

b) your physical location, whilst you are in the restaurant only.



Personal Data means any data that relates to an identifiable person who can be directly/indirectly identified from that data. In this case, it means personal data that you give to us via our site.

You may be asked to submit personal information about yourself when you make a booking. We will collect this information so we can fulfill your booking request and you may dine at our venue.

When you enter a competition on The Eden House’s social media channels we may collect such information as:

When you communicate with our Facebook Messenger Bot on The Eden House’s Facebook page, we may ask for additional information to best assist you, this may include such information as:
